Haechan Kang delves into the atmospheric and intangible elements of nature, such as air, light, and water, translating them into a painterly language. Rather than replicating specific locations, his works capture the transitions of air and light, proposing a new layer of sensory experience to the viewer. By utilizing interference pigments, Kang achieves an optical and sensory transformation, with his works offering an experiential journey beyond ordinary moments.
